MA Curatorial Practice presents a panel discussion on the role of exhibition makers and the politics of curating in the image dominant era of the Internet. Participants include Sofia Hernandez Chong Cuy, curator of contemporary art, Colleción Patricia Phelps de Cisneros, New York and Caracas; Jens Hoffmann, deputy director, The Jewish Museum, New York; Maria Lind, director of the Tensta Konsthall, Spånga, Sweden; and Paris-based writer and curator Raimundas Malasauskas. Moderated by department chair Steven Henry Madoff. A short information session about the department will follow the discussion.
