This season's debut event takes its name from Dr. Nancy Foner's new book on the city's rich immigrant history, One Out of Three: Immigrant New York in the Twenty-First Century. Foner will engage in a lively talk about how the City has shaped-and been shaped by-its vibrant immigrant communities, alongside NYC's Director of City Planning Joe Salvo, and Dr. Bernadette Ludwig and Dr. Phil Kasinitz of the CUNY Graduate Center.
