Conversations in American Menswear: Tim Coppens
Thursday 09 May, 2013
7:30pm, $0
Museum of Arts and Design
2 Columbus Circle
You are cordially invited to join Garmento editor Jeremy Lewis for a live talk show with menswear designer Tim Coppens.
In just a few short seasons Tim Coppens, a graduate of the highly acclaimed Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp, has made an impression with both retailers and critics. Formerly a design director of Ralph Lauren’s active and performance line RLX, he has applied the same practical and technical approach to his own collection, rigorously pursuing a graphic language and relentlessly investigating new fabrications and textile innovations for luxury menswear.
This event will deviate from the previous talks and will be held in the museum's theater on the lower level.
